Véronique Préchoux is a lecturer in management science at the IAE Poitiers business school.
She is also in charge of the distance learning Master 2 in Management and Business Administration.
Research topics
His research focuses on the relationship between autonomy and control in organizations, following in the footsteps of Jean-Daniel Reynaud’s work on Social Regulation Theory. Her work is part of a research-intervention approach, and responds to requests from companies. Since 2017, they have led her to take an interest in liberated companies, which seek to rethink issues of autonomy and control.
Her current projects focus in particular on subsidiarity, the recognition and support needed for autonomy, and the injunction to autonomy as a new form of control.
