Stéphane BELLINI is a senior lecturer in management science, and combines teaching and research activities in HRM with involvement in the socio-economic world (Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Association Régionale pour l’Amélioration des Conditions de Travail Nouvelle Aquitaine) and in the life of the school (currently responsible for the HRM Master’s degree, in initial and continuing training).

Stéphane BELLINI’s research focuses on the place of cooperation in the workplace, the role of managers, and the Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et Compétences. What they have in common is that they were triggered by a request from the field or a research contract.

The other requests can be partly explained by Stéphane BELLINI’s involvement in local bodies where work-related issues are discussed. Responding to requests reinforces the match between research and a social demand.
